Market Research and Strategy:

We look at why guest travel to your area, who the primary target audience is, what are the optimal amenities, and what is the ideal guest count.
Kickoff Call:
We will arrange a meeting to review the project scope, beginning with our market findings and the design direction/amenities that we believe will give you the highest return. On this call, we will also discuss the furnishing budget.
Design Period:
During your two-week design slot, we will make all of the furniture and design selections based on our predetermined strategy.
Design Handoff:
At the end of your design period, we will handoff your design boards, floor maps, spreadsheet, staging tips, and 5-week installation guide.
