When to reach out?
Please fill out the form as soon as the client goes under contract. We aim to complete the design right before the client closes so that no time is waisted in installing the project.
The Process
Market Research and Strategy:
At Somerled Designs, our focus is to create properties that will generate more revenue. To achieve this, we conduct extensive market research and use data to make sound, informed design decisions. We look at why guest travel to your area, who the primary target audience is, what are the optimal amenities, and what is the ideal guest count
Kickoff Call:
We will arrange a meeting with our team and the client to review the project scope, our market findings, and the design direction/amenities that we believe will provide the highest return. On this call, we will also discuss the furnishing budget.
Design Period:
During the two-week design period, we will make all of the furniture and design selections based on our predetermined strategy.
Design Handoff:
At the end of the design period, we will handoff the design boards, floor maps, spreadsheet, staging tips, and 5-week installation guide.
